Our story is deeply rooted in the entrepreneurial vision of Mr. John L. Gokongwei Jr., who started from peddling essentials on the streets of Cebu to building one of the country’s largest and most diversified conglomerates—the Gokongwei Group.

As the real estate arm of the Gokongwei Group, Robinsons Land has been shaping landscapes and communities, pioneering mixed-use developments in the Philippines.
From this strong foundation, RLC Residences, the Residential Division of Robinsons Land, continues this legacy by crafting beautifully designed homes and vibrant communities that enrich the lives of Filipinos across generations.
From young professionals taking the next step in their careers, growing families searching for a place to create memories, or investors looking for a valuable asset, we build homes designed for their needs, at every stage of life.
