Aliling, and Pag-IBIG Fund Deputy Chief Executive Officer Alexander Hilario G. For many Filipinos, owning a home begins with finding a way to make it possible.
Finding the right financing option is just as important as finding the right home. Having one that fits their budget and circumstances can make homeownership achievable.
Thatâs why Robinsons Land Corporation and Pag-IBIG Fund are working together to open more pathways to homeownership for qualified Pag-IBIG members.
On October 5, 2026, Robinsons Land, through its residential division RLC Residences, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Pag-IBIG Fund, paving the way for more RLC Residences developments to be eligible for Pag-IBIG Fundâs enhanced housing loan programs.
The partnership brings together two important parts of the homeownership journey: quality homes in strategic locations from RLC Residences, and financing support from Pag-IBIG Fund.
More financing flexibility for aspiring homeowners
Pag-IBIG Fund has expanded its housing loan ceiling to â±10 million, up from â±6 million, under its support for the governmentâs Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino, or Expanded 4PH Program.
It has also announced promotional rates of 4.5% for loans up to â±4.9 million and 5.75% for loans above â±4.9 million until the end of 2026. Both rates are fixed for three years.
For qualified members, these financing options can provide greater flexibility when planning for a home and managing monthly paymentsâmaking it easier to consider a home that fits both their needs and their budget.
âToday, through Pag-IBIGâs upgraded financing facilitiesâfeaturing expanded loan limits and accessible ratesâand the strong alignment with DHSUD under the 4PH program, we are finally bridging that gap between homeownership dreams and actual financial capacity that has kept far too many families from securing a place of their own,â said Robinsons Land President and CEO Mybelle V. Aragon-Gobio.
Pag-IBIG Fund CEO Marilene Acosta added, âLower monthly payments help families sustain their housing loan repayments while leaving more room in their budget for other necessities, savings and plans for the future. We want our members to find a home that suits their family and their budget, with affordable home financing they can rely on from Pag-IBIG Fund.â
More RLC Residences homes to explore
Through the partnership between Robinsons Land Corporation and Pag-IBIG Fund, qualified members can explore RLC Residences developments that may be financed through Pag-IBIG Fund housing loans, giving them more options as they move toward homeownership.
Among these developments is Cirrus, RLC Residencesâ ready-for-occupancy (RFO) project in Bridgetowne. Set within Robinsons Landâs expansive mixed-use estate, Cirrus puts residents close to offices, Opus Mall, event and leisure spaces, and extensive parklands, while providing convenient access to both Quezon City and Pasig City.
Other RLC Residences developments include Aurora Escalades, Gateway Regency Studios, Woodsville Crest Building Oak, Acacia Escalades Tower B, Chimes Greenhills, The Radiance Manila Bay South Tower, Sierra Valley Gardens Building 1, The Sapphire Bloc East Tower, and SYNC S Tower.
These properties give qualified Pag-IBIG members more options to consider when planning their home purchase, subject to unit eligibility, Pag-IBIG Fundâs evaluation, and applicable terms and conditions.
To help members navigate their options, Pag-IBIG Fund conducts home-matching activities, housing fairs, member briefings, and online promotions. Housing loan counseling and assistance with documentary requirements can also help guide prospective borrowers through the application process.
